Threshing:
Colombian Coffee Growers sell their coffee to the cooperatives and particular buyers that thresh the coffee.

Transplant to the field:
The best seedbed
plants are selected and sown in the field following certain organization that
makes the agronomic practices and the harvest easier.

SeedBed:
In this stage
remains for 6 months.

Harvest:
In Colombia, Coffee Growers process their coffee beans until they obtain the dried parchment coffee.

Post harvest :
This is the process of removing the cherry from the bean, and drying it to obtaining parchment coffee.
The post harvest process of washed arabica coffees includes the following stages:


Germinating:
Is the place where the seeds are put so they germinate. Here, they remain for 2 months.
Seeding:
For the seeding of the Colombian coffee only the best seeds are used, carefully selected by the Coffee Growers in their farms or purchased in the stores of the Coffee growers Committees.
